Marc has over 27 years experience in legal and enterprise risk management for financial institutions. Marc is a recognized expert in data security and privacy. Marc helps clients assess and reduce systemic risks associated with poor legal and business processes. He is a Director at Promontory Financial Group where he handles complex investigations and remediation efforts for bank examiners at some of the world’s largest banks. He was SVP–Chief Security/Privacy Officer of LPL Financial responsible for enterprise wide security and privacy programs and initiatives. Marc also served as Senior Vice President Enterprise Risk Management & Chief Privacy Officer for New Century Financial Services Corporation. Marc also was Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs & Chief Privacy Officer for Providian Financial Corporation.

ROBERT ALTER - Investor/Advisor

Retired Executive Chairman of Sunstone Hotels, a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust, focusing on the hospitality industry. Mr. Alter served as Chief Executive Officer from formation through March 19, 2007, when he became Executive Chairman. He has been an owner of hotels since 1976, is a past president of the Holiday Inn Franchise Association and past member of the Marriott Franchise board and is a member of YPO/WPO, a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and former Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Mr. Alter holds a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

JOE POSAVEC - CRE Loan Review Advisor

Joe is advising the company on commercial loan review processes, and assisting with business development, tapping his vast network of CRE due diligence experts and bank executives. Joe is an expert in leading CRE loan reviews for financial institutions and BPO processing for financial services and real estate verticals with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and mortgage finance, software development and technology enabled professional services. Joe established and supervised the offshore lease abstraction business for Accurent and helped develop the software system for lease abstraction. He has performed over 150 loan reviews, FDIC audits of banks for Loss Payment Guarantees and lead the due diligence review of many FDIC loan portfolios, including one from 23 failed banks with over 6,000 loan files sold by the FDIC to Colony Capital in 2009.

JASON JAMES - Technology Advisor

Jason James is a technology advisor to the company. Jason has 22 years of systems design and implementation with the last ten years in senior roles at IBM, WMFS and Jefferson Wells as a Director of Professional Services and Project Management Office. Most recently Jason has lead the professional services and technical sales division of a GRC software company specializing in compliance risk management. In professional services Jason has sold and implemented $20 million software solutions to the top five insurance companies worldwide. He has helped multiple companies from $5 million to $10 billion obtain Sarbanes Oxley compliance and lead risk management projects for companies like ACSC and Kyocera. Prior to that he worked in the financial industry with companies like Swiss Bank, Marsh McLennan and Option One leading teams of up to 30 analysts in projects based in Italy, France, the UK and the US. Jason has qualifications in Electronics and Communication from Waltham Forest College UK. He is a Cobol, CICs, DB2 programmer as well as a being a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Jason sits on the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems Audit and Controls Association in Orange County.

JON BARLOW - Investor/Advisor

Jon Barlow is the founder and former CEO of Eaglewood Capital Management, a leading asset management firm that specializes in online and marketplace lending investment strategies. In 2014 Mr. Barlow led the sale of Eaglewood Capital to an affiliate of Marshall Wace LLP (MW Eaglewood), a London based alternative asset manager. He served as MW Eaglewood’s global CEO, overseeing its New York and London business units, and as a member of its board of directors until his departure in 2015. During his tenure at Eaglewood, Mr. Barlow assisted with the successful initial public offering of P2P Global Investments (ticker “P2P”), the world’s first publicly traded peer-to-peer debt investment vehicle, on the London Stock Exchange. He also accepted several industry awards on the firm’s behalf, including the “Lendit Innovator of the Year Award” for completing the first ever securitization of peer-to-peer loans. Mr. Barlow has been regularly quoted in several leading publications, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Financial Times. Mr. Barlow graduated with a B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Brigham Young University and is a CFA charter holder.

TODD TETA - Technology Advisor

Todd Teta is a technology advisor for the company. He leads Meyers Research’s product development and technology organization. He brings more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, with a majority in real estate-related fields. For the last 15 years, he has driven innovation within start-up, high-growth, and enterprise companies.Todd began his career with Andersen Consulting, where he helped clients leverage data and technology to drive business results. Subsequently, he co-founded several startups, including VisionCore, a product and service company serving the mortgage and real estate data and analytics markets. He eventually sold VisionCore to CoreLogic, the largest provider of residential real-estate information services. With CoreLogic, Todd led research and development teams that developed the company’s first mobile and mapping visualization products. He also led the company’s professional services organization and technology teams for multiple markets, including credit reporting and tenant screening. Todd graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
