Bob Alter is Executive Chairman of Sunstone Hotels, a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust, focusing on the hospitality industry. Mr. Alter served as our Chief Executive Officer from our formation through March 19, 2007, when he became our Executive Chairman. He has been an owner of hotels since 1976, is a past president of the Holiday Inn Franchise Association and past member of the Marriott Franchise board and is a member of YPO/WPO, a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and former Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Mr. Alter holds a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

Stuart Berman is responsible for driving our technological innovations and patent strategy. He brings over 30 years of experience in the Enterprise networking, and data storage industries and most recently CTO of Emulex Corporation (NYSE ELX). Mr. Berman was voted CTO of the year by InfoWorld in 2005. Mr. Berman has been involved in 3 successful startups and has 11 issued patents and 15 pending patent applications. The products created from these patents have generated over $1B in revenue and have been referenced by over 100 subsequent patents. Mr. Berman has presented at conferences internationally on emerging technologies and has extensive experience in engaging Fortune 1000 IT management. Mr. Berman graduated from UC San Diego, cum laude, and received his Masters in Computer Science from UCLA.

Elaine Harris resides in London and has over 27 years experience at Ernst & Young in Technology and Security Risk Services where she has led global implementations of various regulations. Her clients included The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes, LVMH, Hermes, Disney, Viacom, NSK, Merlin Entertainment, Spyglass, Alticor, Vodafone, Sony, Hitachi, ICI, Inchcape, Nissan, Mitsubishi Astra Zeneca and Royal Dutch Shell. For the Coca-Cola Company, she was responsible for the design and implementation for all SAP Security & Controls related to their worldwide SAP implementation.

Mr. Mahjoob is a veteran of the IT industry with over 6 start up companies and deep domain expertise in development and Microsoft technology. He is currently VP of Enterprise Solutions Group at Neudesic, a top 10 Microsoft VAR with over 700 customers.

Brad Morrice is serving as an organizational development consultant and Financial Services Vertical advisor. Mr. Morrice is currently the Managing Director of Cypress Strategy Group, a human resources and strategy execution consulting firm. He was previously a senior manager in the mortgage industry and was a founder and CEO at New Century Financial. Prior to New Century, Mr. Morrice was an attorney with Manatt Phelps and other firms representing primarily financial services organizations in regulatory, securities, and general business matters. Mr. Morrice is an active angle investor and his portfolio includes holdings in the software, restaurant and outsourcing industries. He has been a director of multiple business entities, as well as a member of the Board of the Orange County Performing Arts Center, KOCE Foundation, and the UCI Chief Executive Roundtable. Mr. Morrice holds a JD from UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and an MBA from Stanford School of Business.

Over the last 20+ years, Toby has been a pioneer in the specialty finance industry, launching and operating 12 companies with his partners in multiple asset classes. His companies have targeted auto loans and leases, distressed debt, aviation loans, credit cards, commercial real estate lending, franchise lending, micro-equipment leasing and even Japanese debt instruments. Toby's companies were the first in the United States to complete asset securitizations for auto leases, private jet loans, and micro-ticket leases. Among his many successes was Commercial Lending Corporation which originated franchise and small business loans totaling over $1.9 billion. With his partners, Toby has consulted with Senate Finance Committee, Federal Reserve and Treasury Department on TARP and EESA programs. Mr. Prehn received a BS in Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley.

Andy Stameson is an IT executive with over 25 years of experience leading global IT organizations through growth and transformation. Mr. Stameson is currently Global VP of IT, Real Estate and Facilities for Epicor Software (NASD: EPIC) where he is responsible for the vision, development, management, monitoring and control of IT applications, services and infrastructure. Previously, he was CIO for FileNet Software, a leader in enterprise content management acquired by IBM (NYSE:IBM) and CIO at Sprint Wireless partnership where he integrated IT as a strategic value. Mr. Stameson holds an MS in Systems and Technology Management and BS in Business Administration, both from USC.
