Roger Cohen
Roger is responsible for setting our vision and strategy and for overall execution. Roger is an expert on how to improve legal processes in complex transaction and legally-intensive businesses. He brings over 22 years experience handling $10 billion in complex capital market and loan workouts as a corporate attorney with Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison and Dorsey and Whitney. His clients included Wells Fargo Bank, Sunstone Hotels, Friedman Billings and Ramsey, Finova and Westar Capital. Roger led seven IPOs for financial and real estate companies. He also managed scores of leveraged buyouts and debt restructurings, including developing a compliance process for a $2 billion loan portfolio for the Resolution Trust Corporation and developing a unique data and document management system for a four year debt restructuring involving 5,000 loan documents for what became Starwood Hotels. Roger studied at the American College of Switzerland, Oxford University, and Tokyo. He graduated from UC San Diego, summa cum laude, and received his law degree from Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley.
David Lambert
Has been a successful CEO, COO and CFO of companies in the internet, software and hospitality industries, and has been directly involved in numerous rounds of venture financing and the IPO of Preview Travel. He served as EVP and CFO of Excalibur Technologies Corporation (now called Convera), a publicly traded software company, served as CFO and President of Preview Travel Online, where he lead an IPO in 1997 and then a $750 million merger with Travelocity in 1999. At DiscoverMusic, David served as Chairman & CEO of an Internet music company that streamed 50 million song samples per month. He was also CEO of MarketFirst Software, an enterprise software company selling marketing automation software to large companies. Prior to that, David had over 10 years senior management experience in the hotel and restaurant business. David received a BA in Physics & Math from Occidental College and MBA from UCLA.
Vincent D. Sheeran
Has over 25 years as a senior executive in the software and internet enabled services business. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of UltraLink, Inc., an HRO with operations in Orange County and India and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Epicor Software. Mr. Sheeran holds a B.S. in Management and Management Sciences from the University of South Carolina.
